Theory of Impact Quick Guide: Developing a Social Impact Logic Model 

This quick guide is designed to help early childhood professionals who have a social problem to address and are ready to build a logic model to mobilize staff, community, and/or investors. By following the steps of the guide, users will develop a Theory of Impact (TOI) that will outline the connections between their strategies, targets, and outcomes, and begin their social impact. The guide includes initial steps for creating a TOI and a TOI process template to guide planning. Copies of the template can be printed to edit and expand answers as early childhood professionals discuss the TOI with their project teams.
