Apply today to join the 2024-2026 cohort of ambassadors for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” program.

The program is open to all who meet the criteria and are committed to fulfilling the responsibilities of an Act Early Ambassador.
